README includes long-outdated and insecure legacy tutorials (e.g., guides instructing users to set Reality decoy domain to microsoft.com), 404 pages or repos where the code has been wiped, GUI clients that haven't been updated in over six months while still pinning insecure Xray-core versions. This PR removed these outdated information.
