This PR addresses several issues identified by the repository audit script and Prettier:

  • Repo Audit Logic: Removed a stale check for ldconfig after PaperDE installation (as the project moved to Budgie) and added an exclusion for repo_audit.sh itself in the chmod 777 check to prevent false positives.
  • File Integrity: Truncated .gitkeep and branding/.gitkeep to 0 bytes to satisfy strict audit requirements.
  • Script Cleanup: Removed trailing whitespace in build.sh.
  • Formatting: Systematically reformatted markdown files using Prettier to ensure consistency across the documentation.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 9513498285813274562 started by @christopherfoxjr
