inconsistency of styles between the enhanced controls and the pop-up

The progress bar styles don't match; the enhanced controls' progress bar is solid white, diverging completely from the standard style seen in the pop-up and Quick Settings.

Hi, it was done this way to accommodate the lock screen, since accent colors don't blend well with the blur effect, this was adjusted.

Maybe might be able to do this dynamically, but i haven't found a way to determine the banner location.
