Description

Fix the June 2025 newsletter. It looks like it had an older working copy directly appended to the intended copy

This change also fixes the expired jobs comparison that causes the liquid syntax errors mentioned in #1835

@crd477 super helpful, I've been meaning to resolve those warnings but every time I see them it's always "ahh, I'll fix it later"...

I don't have time to render locally for the next day or so, but I trust our collective expertise! This has my thumbs up

I rendered it locally, it looks correct in circleci, and it's a straightforward change, so I'll merge it. Thanks for the quick review.
