CodeRED 2018 Web app

Requirements:

• NODE / Yarn
  • NODE comes with npm but will use Yarn instead
• .NETCore 2
• Visual Studio, JetBrains Rider, or IDE of your choosing

Installation:

• Run yarn install in the same folder location that package.json
