@xscottxbrownx I feel it might be better to add this as a separate Embed Field instead titled "Panel" maybe? |

@BenHall-1 That was my first thought, here's what I ran into: 
Would need another new emoji made for free tier version of bot. And not sure for layout, but I guess there is room. Maybe Put Panel 1st, then Ticket ID below that, and move Open Time to be below Claimed? 
Or I guess could move everything on the right down one space, move Ticket ID to the right, and put Panel Title where Ticket ID currently is. Thoughts? |
