Adds the panel name to the close container details if the ticket has an associated panel with a title. Also refactors claimedBy and reason formatting logic for clarity and error handling.

I converted rating/feedback/DM transcript also Can't test the buttons still but i assume they work as i haven't changed anything for the buttons themself Would be nice if we could add the server name to the DM message also, just need to do it tomorrow i guess

The BuildCloseContainer function now accepts a guild parameter to display the server name and icon in the ticket close UI (DMs only).

And the server name and icon is also added now |
Refactors the logic for building the section with a guild icon accessory in the close embed. Now only adds the accessory if the guild and icon are present, otherwise appends the text display directly. This prevents empty or incorrect accessory fields.
