This PR adds a new file: envvars.md
This File contains all possible Environment Variables making it easier to find them all and making them better to understand.
It is structured like the config.go file's sections for the envvars but it has them with the prefix already infront making it easier to understand.
The README.md file now links to the envvars.md file instead of the config.go file.
This PR can only be merged after PR:#2 was merged and this PR has been synced.
