Rebases the documentor-pg fork (Postgres core, ACP/session patches) from upstream v1.18.34 onto v1.19.3, the latest 1.x release. Upstream now cuts 1.x from its v1 branch; dev is OpenCode 2.

Do not squash-merge. This PR is here to run documentor-ci. It lands by force-pushing this branch to documentor-pg, so the upstream history stays intact. Then tag v1.19.3-documentor-pg.1.

What upstream brings (67 commits)

Configured reasoning options become model variants (anomalyco#55854), xAI receives images in tool results (anomalyco#53549), a Copilot reasoning fix (anomalyco#54207), session sharing is discontinued (anomalyco#55718), a new /update dialog and upgrade --major. The rest is console, docs and stats work.

Rebase

  • All 42 fork commits applied with no conflicts. Upstream changed no schema or database files, so no migration needed porting.
  • Effect is still 4.0.0-beta.83, so the patch stays as is (_deferredInterrupt present after install).
  • The base version in documentor-ci.yml and FORK.md is bumped to 1.19.3.

Local checks (dev container, embedded Postgres 18, run as root)

  • bun turbo typecheck: 31/31 pass
  • documentor: tests (FORK.md step 7): 52/52 pass
  • binary-smoke.sh against a --single build: passes
  • bun turbo test: 8 failures, all environmental:
    • 4 are the known root-only cases in FORK.md
    • 2 migrateAll selection cases pass when the file runs alone; another package's throwaway schemas were being dropped during the scan
    • 2 timeouts (collation, 520-message session-messages) pass with a longer timeout on this WSL disk
