Reset - 15 sept 12:56for quota windows andExpires - 4 okt 4:00for the next earned reset-credit expiry instead of leading with the live-update timestamp. Dates use local time and regional month names, with Dutchseptnormalized across Windows globalization data.Missing expiry dates remain explicit. Stale/fallback warnings and compact/hidden reset-time behavior are preserved. README and changelog updated.
Validation: 378 native ARM64 tests pass locally. CI run 34405497396 passes on final head
cb82f54b7d780d78654002699dcb1dfc3183ae2c: 378 x64 tests, x64/ARM64 builds with zero warnings/errors, and package validation. Coverage includes Dutch date formatting, nearest future expiry, configured freshness interval, and stale/fallback status.The authorized local ARM64 development build is updated and active after a Command Palette restart. Automated integration preflight confirms healthy registration, discovery, and the local COM provider process. Visual UI verification was not performed.
Stacked on #22. No version, identity, or packaging changes. No merge or Store publication performed.
