Usage monitoring can now retain 7/30/90 days of account/category-scoped quota observations and explicitly export CSV or JSON. The workday planner budgets allowance across the user's remaining days/hours and explains the continuous measurement segment plus a held-out latest-observation check.
Compatible Codex versions can return task-level usage estimates. Task requests are serialized and only the latest requested task is presented. Earned resets require explicit confirmation, a verified account, and a request ID saved before sending; ambiguous outcomes retain the exact ID across retries and restarts. No actual reset was redeemed during development.
Validation: 314 native ARM64 tests passed; both x64 and ARM64 application builds passed without warnings. The 22 action regressions also passed after the final analyzer-only test edit. Integration preflights passed source/generated registration, identity, assets, and runtime checks. The installed ARM64 Store package is healthy/discoverable but does not run these Debug builds; live forms, confirmations, exports, and real-account compatibility remain unverified.
