Update Data & Essence quests to account for the mod rename

Updates DnE quests to refer to the mod as Halcyon, and adds two new quests referencing new content. Also updates DnE/Halcyon, Databank, and Pastel.

I hope this does not prove much trouble, I was over 300 commits behind :rivstare:.

It seems that when I tried updating this branch to have the latests from main, I somehow deleted the quest lang data... good job me ._.

and I guess I never bothered to check quests when I did that.

I'll have to fix up some issues that came from the merge I did, then I'll probably merge this.

Though, could I ask you to use Quests Lang Splitter mod to separate DnE lang?

I had no idea that existed. I assume I just run the split command it lists on its page then commit the result?

I'm not sure how to do that in this case because I didn't have the foresight to put this on its own branch......

making a new branch, commiting the quests there, and making a new pr with that could be an option.
or i could download the changes and commit them myself, either could work

Well anyways, I downloaded the changes separately and commited them myself to avoid conflicts, so the quests should be up-to date now.
