Add in-season onboarding as the delta over curriculum onboarding - #18

Most of the wiki's Programming Onboarding page duplicates the Onboarding page migrated in #14 (accounts, GitHub Desktop, WPILib, IntelliJ). Only two topics were missing from the docs: the FRC Game Tools install procedure, which two challenge pages already referenced but nothing documented, and the REV Hardware Client. The new page covers just those, and defers everything else by link rather than repeating it. Mac users are pointed at the existing QDriverStation page, and Phoenix Tuner at its existing tooling page. The four places that linked out to the wiki now point here instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Brings the wiki's in-season Programming Onboarding into the docs — as the delta only, since most of it duplicates the Onboarding page already migrated in #14.
What the wiki page contained, and where it went
tooling/qdriverstation— linkedtooling/phoenix-tuner— linkedSo
in-season-onboarding.mdis deliberately short: it opens by sending you to the regular Onboarding page, then covers only the hardware tooling the curriculum never needs. Also
The four places that linked out to the wiki page now point at the docs page instead:
getting-started/onboarding.md(twice — the opening note and the closing reminder)getting-started/environment-setup.mdchallenges/running-on-a-real-robot.md— this one specifically told students to get FRC Game Tools from the wiki, which now resolves within the docsListed in the Setup sidebar group and mentioned under Setup on the curriculum overview.
Verification
pnpm docs:buildpasses.desktop.github.com,github.com/signup,xbot.slack.com, the FRC plugin link, the WPILib installer link, or the team-laptop step — and that it does carry the Game Tools and REV Hardware Client content.Note
tinyurl.com/xbotsetup, the short link printed at the top of the wiki page, still resolves to the wiki. Worth repointing it at the docs page if in-season folks use it. I left it out of the new page rather than linking in a circle.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
