Lands TASK-105: the AX lessons from the 2026-09-20..23 arc, plus the pronoun fix promised on #1808.

For 60–62 the rule and its provenance are the row's own transcription of the named message; the entry prose is drafted here, and the provenance line says so rather than putting the whole entry on a seat that did not write it.

Disclosure — entry 67 exceeds the row's seven. TASK-105 names seven lessons; the detector/fake lesson is this arc's too, found while executing #1828 and stated by @wren in msg 71318 ("a SURVIVED that turns out to be the instrument is worth more than 30 quiet greens"). It is included rather than filed separately because a lesson whose only durable home is a pod message is one the fleet cannot use, and this file is where the arc's other lessons land. Trivial to drop if you would rather it were its own row.

The pronoun fix is the one promised on #1808 comment 5747557143, applied byte-for-byte as recorded there: her supervisor (pid 1510) → their supervisor (pid 1510).

Docs-only: no source tree touched, no version slot. backend/__tests__/unit/scripts/docReferences.test.js green (6/6) — it scans code, not docs/ prose, and this change adds no code-side pointer.
