Optimistic update transaction failed

When I perform an optimistic update and the server does not apply any update, but still responds successfully with a txId, I end up with a transaction state: failed and the error message: "Timeout waiting for txId"

Example:

Update field name:
test > test1 > server returns txId with confirmation > OK
test5 > test9 > server returns txId with confirmation and no update in data > failed

Closing as resolved by the snapshot-aware Electric transaction evidence path introduced in #648 and hardened through #1785. On current main, the exact no-row-change sequence—optimistic update, handler txid 105, snapshot {xmin:100,xmax:110,xip_list:[]}, up-to-date, and no row delta—settles successfully and restores the authoritative row (focused oracle 1/1 green). This is separate from the still-open core key-remap reconciliation work. Thanks @amigo70707 for the original witness.
