Summary

Issue #4544 has two distinct lifecycle obligations, and both are delivered:

  1. On the graceful path, MCP stdio EOF lets the server process exit without a reaper.
  2. On the crash path, a surviving registered-stdio AutoSkillit process is discoverable and reapable only when its logical client owner is affirmatively dead.
