This PR is mainly intended to specify the following part: "This connector is intended to be used for subtitle text tracks specific with the `kind` `.subtitles`. ...", so that it is clear that other `kind` types cannot be sideloaded (e.g. `.captions`). The rest of the changes are minor styling/wording changes.
