Update JSON source key from "beads" to "citadel" in dashboard parser. Rename UI labels from "Beads Projects" to "Citadel Projects". Both crowpanel5 and crowpanel7 build clean. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Byte-identical propagation of DifferentWire/standards@77d73f5 with PROJECT_DIR=Desk_Command_Center. New preflight step 5 syncs canonical slash commands from standards/.claude/commands/ into this repo's .claude/commands/ on every SessionStart — auto-installs /refresh-context and any future canonical commands. Bypass: DW_SKIP_CITADEL_CHECK=1 used per user-approved rollout-batch bypass (DifferentWire/standards#61 approval comment, 2026-05-21). Tracked under Citadel standards-fb2.
