Adds the plugin "Delisted & Region-Locked Games - Restore Images".

Repository: https://github.com/SergeySamarin/steam-delisted-images

What it does:
Steam leaves game images empty (or shows grey placeholders) for games that were delisted from the store or are unavailable in the user's region, even when the user owns them. The plugin restores the original images on Steam Community profile pages: profile showcases, the game list (/games) and game achievement pages (cover and blurred header background).

How it works:

  • Webkit script only; it runs on steamcommunity.com profile pages (/id/, /profiles/) and exits on all other pages.
  • Finds the AppID from the page (game links or the page URL) and loads images from the official Steam CDN (shared.akamai.steamstatic.com). These image loads are the only network requests.
  • Only changes attributes of existing elements (src/srcset, style); it does not remove or replace nodes rendered by React. A small <style> is injected for the blurred background pseudo-element.
  • If the image does not exist on the CDN, the page stays exactly as Steam rendered it.
  • No settings, no data collection, no backend logic (the Lua backend only calls millennium.ready()).

Tested on Millennium 3.x, Windows, in the Steam client.
