This adds Python 3.14 wheels to the cibuildwheel setup:

  • adds cp314 to the Linux, macOS and Windows build patterns, and a 3.14 classifier
  • updates cibuildwheel from v2.22 to v4.2.1 (v2.22 is older than 3.14 support)
  • turns on pypy-eol, since cibuildwheel moved PyPy 3.9 and 3.10 behind that flag, so those wheels still build

I tested it on my fork: https://github.com/cpmpercussion/python-rtmidi/actions/runs/36222808282. With this, a 1.6.0 release would have wheels for 3.13 and 3.14 (see #217).

Add cp314 to the cibuildwheel build patterns and a 3.14 classifier, and
update cibuildwheel from v2.22 to v4.2.1 (v2.22 predates 3.14 support).
PyPy 3.9 and 3.10 are now behind cibuildwheel's pypy-eol flag, so enable
it to keep building those wheels.
