bump coana version for better logging when pnpm install fails during socket fix

Note

Adds a --debug flag to socket fix (propagated to Coana) and updates Coana CLI to 14.12.127 with a version/changelog bump.

• Fix command (socket fix):
  • Add --debug (-d) flag; plumb through cmd-fix.mts → handle-fix.mts → coana-fix.mts, passing --debug to Coana invocations.
  • Update help text and integration tests to document the new flag.
  • Extend FixConfig/types to include debug.
• Versioning/Deps:
  • Bump @coana-tech/cli to 14.12.127.
  • Bump package version to 1.1.47 and add corresponding CHANGELOG entry.
