Adds `offensive-ldap-injection` under `web`, in the house SKILL.md format.
Coverage: LDAP filter metacharacters, AND/OR logic abuse, authentication-bypass patterns, and blind true/false checks. Defender view: parameterized filters, escape per RFC 4515, and least-privilege binds.
Uses `example.com` and `192.0.2.0/24` only. Cites CWE-90, OWASP LDAP Injection, and RFC 4515. README web table updated, CHANGELOG bullet added, `claude-skills.json` regenerated with `tools/build_manifest.py`.
