Adds `offensive-crlf-injection` under `web`, in the house SKILL.md format. Distinct from `offensive-request-smuggling` and `offensive-web-cache-poisoning`.
Coverage: CRLF / HTTP response splitting, header injection, log injection, and encoded newline bypasses. Defender view: reject CR/LF in header values, encode logs, and do not reflect raw request data into response headers.
Uses `example.com` and `192.0.2.0/24` only. Cites CWE-93, CWE-113, and OWASP. README web table updated, CHANGELOG bullet added, `claude-skills.json` regenerated with `tools/build_manifest.py`.
