Adds offensive-clickjacking under web, in the house SKILL.md format.

Coverage: framability detection (absent/misconfigured X-Frame-Options and CSP frame-ancestors, legacy ALLOW-FROM, report-only and per-path/method gaps) with copy-paste transparent-overlay and drag-and-drop exfiltration PoCs; frame-buster defeat (sandbox, double-framing, onbeforeunload/204 loop), likejacking/cursorjacking, multi-step and prefilled-form clickjacking, and clickjacking+CSRF that submits with the victim's real session token; and a defender view (frame-ancestors, X-Frame-Options, SameSite, fail-closed frame-busting), Burp Clickbandit workflow, and brief mobile tapjacking.

Cites OWASP Clickjacking Defense Cheat Sheet, CWE-1021, PortSwigger, and Stanford "Busting Frame Busting." README web table updated, CHANGELOG bullet added, claude-skills.json regenerated via tools/build_manifest.py.

offensive-clickjacking under web: framability detection, transparent-overlay and drag-and-drop PoCs, frame-buster bypass, likejacking/cursorjacking, multi-step and clickjacking+CSRF, defender view, Clickbandit workflow. Updates README, CHANGELOG, claude-skills.json.
build_manifest.py counts 80 skills because main already contains offensive-netexec, which the published badge and manifest omit. The badge now matches skill_count.
