Adds offensive-subdomain-takeover under recon, in the house SKILL.md format.

Coverage: enumeration → dangling-record detection (subfinder/amass/assetfinder/crt.sh/certstream/passive DNS, CNAME/A/NS chain extraction, NXDOMAIN/SERVFAIL triage); provider fingerprinting per can-i-take-over-xyz (S3, CloudFront, GitHub Pages, Heroku, Azure, Fastly, Shopify, Zendesk, …), benign-PoC resource claiming, and NS/zone-level takeover via subjack/tko-subs/nuclei/dnsReaper; and impact + defense (cookie/CSP/CORS/OAuth-redirect trust chaining and phishing, defender DNS hygiene — delete the record before deprovisioning — and continuous monitoring).

Only example.com used; cites CWE-350, ATT&CK T1584.001, and EdOverflow/Frans Rosén/0xpatrik. README recon table updated (2→3), CHANGELOG bullet added, claude-skills.json regenerated via tools/build_manifest.py.
