Adds a focused `offensive-kerberoasting` skill under `active-directory` — splitting a high-value surface out of the monolithic AD skill, as CONTRIBUTING.md recommends. **Coverage:** SPN discovery (setspn, PowerView, GetUserSPNs.py, raw LDAP, BloodHound); TGS-REP requesting (Rubeus `/tgtdeleg /rc4opsec /aes /nowrap /stats`, impacket, NetExec); targeted roasting via GenericWrite/GenericAll/WriteSPN with cleanup; AS-REP Roasting against `DONT_REQ_PREAUTH` accounts; offline cracking (hashcat -m 13100/18200/19600/19700, john); RC4-vs-AES downgrade OPSEC; honeypot/decoy SPN triage; and a defender view (events 4769/4768, gMSA, AES-only, honeytokens). Follows the SKILL.md format: required frontmatter, Quick Workflow, per-technique sections with language-tagged commands, Detection/Defender View, Engagement Cheatsheet, and Key References (MITRE T1558.003/.004, Tim Medin's original research, Rubeus/impacket). Examples use `example.com`/RFC5737 only; no invented CVEs. README table, CHANGELOG, and `claude-skills.json` (via `tools/build_manifest.py`) updated.
build_manifest.py counts 80 skills because main already contains offensive-netexec, which the published badge and manifest omit. The badge now matches skill_count.
