chore: brand the plugin author/owner as Signetry

[bkd-dotcom]

plugin.json's author and marketplace.json's owner both read bkd-dotcom, so Claude Code displayed a personal handle as the publisher of a Signetry product — while every other user-visible surface (plugin name, description, homepage, repository) says Signetry.

Display name only. Copyright and ownership are unchanged and still sit with Binay Dalai under the CLA — the license field states that explicitly (Proprietary — All Rights Reserved, corrected from MIT earlier today). Nothing here alters who owns what; it aligns the publisher shown to users with the product's name.
