PhD Researcher · Immunomedicine Group · Universidad Complutense de Madrid
Doctoral researcher in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biomedicine at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, working in the Immunomedicine Group on computational approaches to immune recognition.
My work sits where immunology meets large-scale sequence analysis: predicting and characterising T and B cell epitopes, comparing proteomes at scale, and building reproducible pipelines that turn raw sequence data into interpretable immunological results. I also have a background in structural bioinformatics and integrative structure model validation.
Previously: M.Sc. Bioinformatics, JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, Mysuru.
