[Refactor] Use flatMap in LinesDiffContentToken#8037

Modernize the code by replacing `.map().flat()` with `.flatMap()` in LinesDiffContentToken.output(). This is more idiomatic and concise. Added unit tests to verify the behavior remains identical.
