🕵️ Solve the Mystery

Solve the Mystery is an interactive 3D investigation game developed by Mohamed Aziz Selmi as the Final Project for the Interactive Graphics course at Sapienza University of Rome.

The game puts the player in the role of an investigator helping the police solve a theft and identify the person responsible.

🎮 Play the Game

The game runs directly in the browser and does not require installation.

🔎 Game Objective

A theft has taken place at a jewelry store and the police need help finding the thief.

The player's objective is to solve the mystery by investigating what happened, exploring the game world, collecting useful information and interacting with different characters and objects.

The investigation develops through a sequence of connected events. As the player discovers new clues and completes interactions, new information and objectives become available.

The final goal is to collect enough information to identify and find the thief responsible for the crime.

🕹️ How to Play

Movement

  • W — Move forward
  • A — Move left
  • S — Move backward
  • D — Move right

Exploration and Interaction

  • E — Explore / interact
  • X — Open the inventory

Explore the world, approach characters and interactive objects, and use E whenever an interaction is available.

The inventory can be opened with X to check the elements collected during the investigation.

Some interactions become available only after previous events have been completed, so clues, conversations and discovered information are important for understanding what to do next.

Depending on the selected difficulty, the game can provide more or less assistance during the investigation.

🏆 Your Mission

Help the police solve the case.

Explore the world, follow the clues, investigate the theft and discover the identity of the thief.

Can you solve the mystery?
