We will investigate all legitimate reports and fix confirmed vulnerabilities promptly. Low-severity issues typically receive a patch within 30 days; critical issues within 7 days.

Providing as much of the following as possible helps us reproduce and fix the issue faster:

• The version of TuneOS affected
• Steps to reproduce the issue
• The potential impact of the vulnerability
• Available logs, error messages, or reproduction scripts
