When creating an alumni record with needsEnrichment: true, the system automatically searches the web for missing information (company, job title, location, LinkedIn, graduation year, bio, headline, start year, major) and fills empty fields. It uses firecrawl agent mode for that. I've set up a simple react frontend for now, open to ts/tsx migrations as planned. All enrichment happens asynchronously in the background without blocking API responses.
