Rename the Python distribution, extension module, and Rust crate from rsloop-rust-proxychecker / rsloop_rust_proxychecker to proxyprobe. Users must update their dependency and use import proxyprobe; function signatures, result dictionaries, concurrency, timeouts, and proxy behavior remain unchanged.

Update Cargo/uv lockfiles, demo imports, README examples and migration guidance, and the Unreleased changelog. Add a packaging regression test that checks installed distribution metadata, module identity, and the stream class's module. Existing CI builds the renamed wheel and runs the updated tests, including the >=90% coverage gate. GitHub repository name and URLs remain unchanged.

Validation: cargo fmt --check; cargo check --locked --all-targets; cargo clippy --locked --all-targets -- -D warnings; cargo doc --locked --no-deps --document-private-items with RUSTDOCFLAGS=-D warnings; cargo test --locked (11 passed); uv lock --check; Maturin wheel build and installation in a clean CPython 3.12 environment; 9 Python tests passed; git diff --check.
