CQU 是重庆大学镜像站吧？之前还和他们的管理员吵过架。。。吵架之后才知道有 CQU 这个镜像站，然后过了一阵子有人申请添加这个镜像站才加入 chsrc。 |

这三个都仅在rustup中注释掉了，主镜像站没问题，但是rustup这个镜像全完蛋了，甚至有的只更新到2023年…… 
CQU现在没有任何校外IP可见的具体声明，只知道访问不了…… |

你的意思我没懂…… 我现在就只是在rustup中注释掉了Sjtug_Zhiyuan，Iscas和Ali，也加了注释说明，mirror.c没动这仨
