[Docs] Delegate Roomote work from existing coding agents

What changed

Added a Cookbook recipe for delegating bounded work to Roomote from an existing coding agent through MCP. It includes a version-controllable standing instruction, a structured one-off handoff prompt, branch-isolation guidance, task continuity, and evidence-based review expectations.

Why this change was made

Teams increasingly want vendors to work through their preferred agents instead of requiring another proprietary agent surface. They also need a durable alternative to prompts scattered across text editors, plus clearer collaboration and verification conventions between agents.

Roomote already exposes the necessary remote MCP tools. The smallest useful version is therefore a copyable workflow that teaches existing agents when to delegate, what context to carry over, and what evidence to bring back, without adding another product surface or overlapping current MCP setup and prompt-library work.

Impact

Users can adopt Roomote as an asynchronous collaborator from the coding agent they already use, while keeping delegated work isolated and reviewable. This is documentation-only and does not change runtime behavior.
