Add the Rollstack plugin for Claude Code and Agent Plugins - #1

.claude-plugin/plugin.json, .mcp.json and a marketplace for Claude Code, and plugin.json and mcp.json for agent-plugins.org clients. All of them bundle the MCP server at api.rollstack.com with the skills. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
