fix(repo): exempt release CHANGELOG from MD050 (RIG-1746) - #1650

Summary
Since #1521 merged (2026-10-04 04:21Z), the release PR #1269 (0.3.1) has been red.
root:markdownlintfails onCHANGELOG.md:128(MD050). release-please copied #1521's subject (__linear__) verbatim, and rumdl reads__as emphasis. Before that, #1269 was green (last green run 37169679596). While red, #1269 can't be merged, so 0.3.1 can't be cut.Fix: add MD050 to the existing
CHANGELOG.mdper-file exemption in.rumdl.toml, next to MD012. The file is regenerated on every bump, so a hand edit doesn't last, and release-please has no option to escape Markdown in subjects. The rendering of that one entry (bold "linear") stays as it is.Verification
