Remove invalid CoversClass attributes from integration tests targeting test-only InMemoryMapper. Add 29 tests covering AbstractMapper state management, Collection edge cases, style no-match paths, and sub-collection factory methods to reach 100% line and method coverage. Add composer coverage script. Add code-coverage CI job with Codecov upload and PHPCS to the static-analysis CI job.
