Fix enum compiler warnings

[anf3is]

• fix typeless enum forward declaration
• replace some anonymous enums that were used as constant holders with #define and constexpr
• add operator overload so we could compare base subsequent enums without explicit casting
• add explicit enum casting at other (mostly math related) places
