Part of #40 (Phase 0).
Problem. #3 told @Honaminto he had write access via the French translation team. Until 2026-08-21 he did not — the repo reported read, which is why the checklist was never tickable and why his reviews (#19/#23, then #24/#25) came from a fork.
State (2026-08-21). @mmcky has added him to translation-team-french, which holds push on this repository; the membership is pending his acceptance. @Honaminto — please accept the team invitation (GitHub sends it by email and shows it at github.com/QuantEcon). Once accepted you can branch in this repo directly and, on any PR, use GitHub suggestion blocks: write the fix once, it applies in one click, and the commit is credited to you.
The editor agreement. You are the edition's editor of record (.translate/config.yml: editors.primary: Honaminto). Under project-translation#19, an editor's commits, reviews and suggestions are treated as human review and are used to calibrate the translation tool. If you ever use an AI tool to draft a contribution, please say so (a commit trailer AI-Assisted: <tool> or the ai-assisted label) so it is not counted as a human judgement. A thumbs-up on this issue is enough to acknowledge.
