feat(channels): support Microsoft Teams configuration

Summary

• add Microsoft Teams as a Global Forward channel
• support App ID, Directory (Tenant) ID, and Client Secret credentials
• show the production Messaging Endpoint and Teams Developer Portal guidance
• keep Teams manual-only and hide QR binding actions

Verification

• npm test --workspaces --if-present
• npm run build --workspace=client

Notes

• the callback defaults to https://api.qoder.com/channels/teams/messages
• custom deployments can override it with VITE_TEAMS_CALLBACK_URL
