Repos restructured their docs into get-started, guides, reference and how-it-works, so newcomers.md, user-guide.md, agent-guide.md and the other old pages are gone. The project pages and install.sh now link where each page went.

Repos moved their docs into get-started / guides / reference / how-it-works, so a dozen links on the project pages and in
install.shwent to 404.The project-page buttons are regenerated from
data/repos_db.json(PyDevices/.github#86); the hand-written links on the micropython-pydevices page and the two "The guide:" lines ininstall.share edited directly. Every new link returns 200.
