AGENTS.md was a tour of the Cursor Cloud VM layout and its install scripts. It is now the commands, the immutable publishing tags, the generated files and where the layout conventions live (all already documented in the README, CONTRIBUTING.md and docs/). Cut: the cloud VM layout, symlink safety, GitHub auth for cloud agents and a tracked tool bug. Adds a one-line CLAUDE.md.
