v1.1.0 release.

Changes

  • `pyproject.toml` version: 1.0.0 → 1.1.0
  • README status badge: v1.0 → v1.1 (both .md and .zh.md)

What's in v1.1 (PRs merged on top of v1.0.0)

Constraints honored

  • evolution_kernel/*.py: 1969 lines (cap was 2089; baseline 1889).
  • Single runtime dependency (PyYAML) preserved.
  • 102 tests pass on Python 3.10 + 3.12.
  • No kernel refactor.

GitHub Release / tag will be cut after this PR merges.
