Use pyramid levels instead of TIFF pages in TiffFileWSIReader - #9226
TiffFileWSIReader reads pixels with wsi.asarray(level=...), which indexes the pyramid levels of the first series. But it took the level count, size, downsample ratio and mpp from wsi.pages[level]. These only agree when every TIFF page is a pyramid level.
In Aperio SVS files the second page is a thumbnail, and the label and macro images come after the reduced levels. So for level >= 1:
patches were taken from the wrong location: background instead of tissue at level 1, an empty (3, h, 0) array at level 2;
whole-level reads were cropped to the thumbnail size;
get_level_count reported 6 levels instead of 3, and level=3 raised IndexError.
This PR adds a small _get_level_page helper that returns wsi.series[0].levels[level].keyframe. get_level_count, get_size, get_downsample_ratio and get_mpp now use it, and get_wsi_at_mpp / _resize_to_mpp_res read pixels with wsi.asarray(level=...), the same as _get_patch.
For the generic pyramidal TIFFs in the test data (CMU-1.tiff, CMU-1_correct_mpp.tiff), each level's keyframe is the same page as wsi.pages[level], so their behaviour doesn't change.
On Aperio-CMU-1.svs the tifffile backend now matches openslide:
Tests: three cases on the Aperio SVS file, run for every backend. test_svs_levels checks the level count, sizes and downsample ratios. test_read_region_svs_level reads a patch on tissue at level 2. The backends map a level-0 location to level-2 pixels slightly differently (the decoded pixels themselves are identical), so the location sits about 0.3 pixel past a level-2 pixel in a smooth region, and the tolerance is the largest difference between neighbouring pixels there. A new test_read_whole_image case reads the whole level 2 and checks its shape and size metadata. All three fail on dev with the tifffile backend and pass with this change; they also pass with openslide (cucim isn't available on Windows, so I couldn't run it).
The SVS file has no resolution tags, so get_mpp / get_wsi_at_mpp can't be checked on it with tifffile. test_mpp_levels_with_thumbnail_page (tifffile only) writes a small two-level pyramid with a thumbnail page between the levels and per-level resolution, and checks the level count, the level-1 MPP and the image get_wsi_at_mpp returns. On dev the level count is 3, and get_mpp(1) reads the thumbnail page. Locally, tests/utils/enums/test_wsireader.py (including the @skip_if_quicktest_get_wsi_at_mpp cases) and the three WSI dataset test modules pass.
Note on pyramids that tifffile doesn't group: tifffile joins smaller pages into the first series only when every step uses the same factor of 2, 3 or 4. For a file with, say, an 8× step, dev reported the smaller page as level 1, but reading it failed with IndexError, since pixels already came from series[0].levels. With this change such a file reports one level, and get_wsi_at_mpp resamples from level 0 instead of reading the smaller page. Pyramids that tifffile does group behave as before.

Breaking change (fix or new feature that would cause existing functionality to change).
TiffFileWSIReader read pixels with `wsi.asarray(level=...)`, which indexes
the pyramid levels of the first image series, but took the level count,
size, downsample ratio and resolution from `wsi.pages[level]`. The two
only agree when every TIFF page is a pyramid level. In Aperio SVS files
the second page is a thumbnail, followed by the reduced levels and the
label/macro images, so for `level >= 1` patches were taken from the wrong
location (or came back empty), whole-level reads were cropped to the
thumbnail size, and the level count included non-pyramid pages.
Take all level metadata from `wsi.series[0].levels`, the same levels used
to read pixels. Generic pyramidal TIFFs, where pages and levels coincide,
are unaffected.

TiffFileWSIReader now uses pyramid levels from the first TIFF series for level counts, dimensions, downsample ratios, and MPP metadata. MPP-based image reads and resizing load the selected series level. New Aperio SVS tests cover whole-image shape, pyramid dimensions, downsample ratios, and level-2 patch data.
This change switches the tifffile reader from raw TIFF pages to pyramid levels, which fixes Aperio SVS handling. One open question remains: generic tiled TIFFs whose reduced pages are not grouped into the first series by tifffile (for example, an 8x downsampling step) may lose levels they previously exposed. Confirm this with a quick check against a synthetic TIFF before merging, or accept the risk explicitly.

Explanation
Issue [#9225] requires the tifffile backend to expose actual SVS pyramid levels and read matching regions. The PR uses wsi.series[0].levels for level count and _get_level_page metadata, while pixel reads use wsi.asarray(level=...). The tests cover SVS level count, sizes, downsample ratios, whole-level shape, and a level-2 tissue patch. Generic TIFF behavior remains mapped to the same keyframes.

The new test_read_region_svs_level reads only a sized patch. A regression that returns only the thumbnail-sized image for whole-level reads would not change its assertions. The existing whole-image tests use only the generic TIFF case TEST_CASE_WHOLE_0. No test reads a whole SVS level, even though this PR changes whole-level reads and the linked issue requires them not to be cropped to the thumbnail. Add a test that reads the full level-2 image and asserts its shape.

get_mpp is part of this level-mapping change, but test_svs_levels checks only level count, size, and downsample ratio. Existing SVS MPP cases skip tifffile, so a regression in TiffFileWSIReader.get_mpp can pass. Add expected MPP values and assert them for each level.

On the latest nitpicks: this SVS file has no X/YResolution tags on any page (the MPP is only in the Aperio ImageDescription), and TiffFileWSIReader.get_mpp reads only those tags, so get_mpp / get_wsi_at_mpp raise for it with the tifffile backend, before and after this change. That's why the existing SVS MPP cases skip tifffile, and an SVS MPP case isn't possible here. The generic test TIFFs report the same MPP on every page, so the existing tifffile MPP cases always start from level 0; I can add a small synthetic pyramid with per-level resolution if you'd like that path covered.

Move the level-2 tissue patch in test_read_region_svs_level to a location
that maps about 0.3 pixel past a level-2 pixel in a smooth area. Backends
that round, truncate or interpolate the level-2 location then return the
same values within the tolerance; the previous location sat next to a
pixel boundary. The decoded pixels are identical across backends, so the
old comment about JPEG decoding was wrong.
Add a tifffile test with a small two-level pyramid that has a thumbnail

get_wsi_at_mpp, and add docstrings to the new tests.
