Two read-only additions for debugging tools (pollora/debugbar), to ship as v1.5.0:
AbstractHook::all()returns every registration made through the instance, keyed by hook name (hook, resolved callback, priority, args, async handler).$wp_filterholds the same callbacks but no longer says who registered them. Not added toHookInterface, so implementers outside this package are not broken.pollora/async/dispatchedaction, fired after a driver accepted a handler, with theAsyncPayloadand the delay in seconds. Not fired when a condition, a running lock or a unique lock keeps the handler from being queued, nor when queuing fails and the handler runs in place.README and CHANGELOG updated. Unit suite 259 passed, PHPStan and Pint clean.
