Fix found by the framework suite (Async Actions phase 3).
The runner checked
function_exists('switch_to_locale')but also calleddetermine_locale(). In the framework suite, a test defines the former without the latter, and the runner failed withCall to undefined function determine_locale(). Both functions always exist in a real WordPress, but the guard now covers both calls.Released as v1.4.1 (CHANGELOG dated). Unit suite: 254 passed.
