After pollora new … --ddev, the success message said Use ddev pollora to run Pollora commands, but nothing creates a ddev pollora command. What does exist is the CLI's proxy: in a project directory with .ddev/, pollora <command> runs php artisan pollora:<command> through ddev exec (ProjectDetector::isDdev(), ProxyCommand). The message now says so.

pollora:env-setup (dashed) is kept on purpose in the DDEV steps: --ver can install a framework older than 13.32, where only the dashed name exists; newer versions keep it as an alias.

Pest: 43 passed.
