build: use it@polinetwork.org as the packages' contact and add the Linux repository key - #8

…nux repository key The .deb, .rpm, Arch and AUR packages name it@polinetwork.org as maintainer, as do the AUR commits and the key that signs the APT and DNF repositories, whose public half is packaging/linux/repository-key.asc (4AAC CC5C 3956 860F 42FD 78D6 2037 A83A CCD9 13D0). Releases from now on publish the repositories, and their .deb and .rpm add them.
