변경 사항

• 2026-05-20 이후 필수인 Trusted Publisher allowed action을 npm publish로 명시합니다.
• npm CLI 11.5.1+의 npm trust github 설정과 npm trust list 재검증 절차를 추가합니다.
• Publishing access에서 2FA를 요구하고 token publish를 금지하는 운영 경계를 고정합니다.
• RC3 공개 문서 계약 검사로 위 항목의 회귀를 방지합니다.
